OUR STORY
The Dock House Restaurant/Beaufort Bar first opened it's doors in 1978. Dock House, as the locals call it, has been serving the folks in Beaufort, North Carolina and travelers from all around the world on the beautiful waterfront over looking Taylor's Creek.The Dock House is the original spot for listening to live music outside on the boardwalk... never a cover charge! If you are looking for a cool place to eat, sip on cold beer & tropical drinks, you have found the spot. Dine outside in the fresh sea breeze on our upper decks or boardwalk patios overlooking the wild ponies, jumping dolphins and blue water boats Caribbean bound, across from Carrot Island and the Rachel Carlson Reserve at the Beaufort Docks on Taylor's Creek
